What biotic/abiotic factors are most affected by climate change?
Both
biotic and abiotic factors in an ecosystem are affected by the everlasting
topic of climate change. One of the main factors affected by climate change
just so happen to be the melting of the polar ice caps, leaving polar bears
homeless. The increasing amount of acid rain also affects the abiotic factor of
soil acidity. Also, the increasing temperature is most affected by climate
change. As the temperature is drastically increasing, the affect climate change
has on the abiotic ecosystem factors is also drastically increasing. Another
factor of climate change that affects abiotic factors is the condition of our
atmosphere such as pollution. Biotic factors are affected by climate change
especially during wild fire deforestation. Since the temperature are increasing
it increases the amount of fires started. As these fires spread, it takes away
the homes if many animals, creatures and even humans. As you can see, both the
abiotic and biotic factors if an ecosystem are affected by climate change.
